The Paris prosecutor's office announced Friday (May 10th) that it had opened a preliminary inquiry in the wake of the revelation, by Le Monde and France 2, of hundreds of personalities, classified according to their opinions on glyphosate, GMOs or pesticides in general. Established by the public relations firm FleishmanHillard on behalf of Monsanto, in order to fuel the efforts to influence the renewal of glyphosate registration, these listings raise considerable indignation.
