Israel revises mandatory standard for shelf-stable bakery products
Revision of the Mandatory Standard SI 1181 part 1, dealing with shelf-stable bakery products, to be replaced with SI 1181. This new revised draft standard is significantly differing from the old standard, both in structure and in content. Both the old standard and this new revised standard will apply from entry into force, as will be published in Israel Official Gazette, for a period of 1 year. During this time products may be tested according to the old or the new revised standard.
