The notified text incorporates into Article 17 of General Wine Law No. 14.878 as "partially dealcoholized wine" and "wine with an alcohol content modified by dealcoholization", products with an alcohol content that has been reduced by over 20% through partial dealcoholization, provided that their final alcohol content by volume is over 5%.
