The European Chemicals Agency has proposed to restrict the use of several 49 substances in tattoo inks and permanent make-up. Those substances are listed in the footnote; click on them to check their regulatory status or to monitor them (Chemycal PRO subscription required).
Comments on the proposal can be submitted from the ECHA website. 1st deadline for comments on restriction report: 16/02/2018. Final deadline for comments on restriction report: 20/06/2018.
