Description
In lights of the fact that the pictorial health warnings have been used for four years since 1 June 2014 and their warning effects have worn off, amendments to Articles 2 and 13 are necessary. In addition, the World Health Organization guidelines for pictorial health warning implementation point out that the warnings should be constantly updated and renewed to maintain their effects. It is proposed that the amended regulations will take effect on 1 June 2020.
