California proposes Specific Regulatory Levels for Metham Sodium and Bromochloroacetic Acid



29.12.2017 - The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) proposes to adopt a Proposition 65 No Significant Risk Level (NSRL) of 0.70 micrograms per day for Bromochloroacetic acid, by amending Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25705(b). More info on oehha.ca.gov

26.1.2018 - The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) proposes to establish a Proposition 65 Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) for exposure to metam-sodium of 290 micrograms per day by amending Section 25805(b) of Title 27 of the California Code of Regulations.
