Denmark | Results from 2017 of the National program for monitoring of aquatic environment

The report contains results from 2017 of the National program for monitoring of aquatic environment and nature (NOVANA) in Denmark. The report contains an inventory of the most important influencing factors and a status of state of the air quality, groundwater, streams, lakes, the sea, habitats and species. 

The basis for the report is the annual reports prepared by the specialist data centers for the individual subject areas. These reports are based on data collected by the Danish Environmental Protection Agency and Aarhus University. 

The report has been prepared by DCE - National Center for Environment and Energy, Aarhus University, in agreement with the Danish Environmental Protection Agency, which is responsible for the national monitoring program.
