Rule Out Radon | Canadian Environmental Law Association has launched a petition

Radon is a known cancer risk. It is a radioactive soil gas that can build up to harmful levels in indoor air. Long-term exposure to high levels of radon causes lung cancer. Schools and child care environments can have high levels of radon. Radon testing is easy and inexpensive.

The Canadian Environmental Law Association has launched a petition to Rule Out Radon in all schools and child care programs.
