As indicated in its Articles 25, 26 and 27, the notified draft regulates products used in tattooing, such as inks, pigments, dyes and other materials. In addition, the Public Health Institute (ISP) will evaluate items that may be used and decide whether to accept and list them or reject them. It will also be responsible for monitoring, oversight and control of the inks, pigments and dyes referred to in those articles.
