Argentina Drafts Labelling requirements for all types of new footwear

The notified draft Resolution updates and restructures the existing legislation on the labelling requirements for all types of new footwear marketed within the territory of the Argentine Republic. Accordingly, the following Resolutions are repealed: Resolución ex ICyM N° 508/1999 y concordantes (Resolution No. 508/1999 of the former Secretariat of Industry, Trade and Mining and related resolutions), notified in document G/TBT/Notif.99/606, and Resolución ex SCDyDC N° 44/20013 (Resolution No. 44/20013 of the former Secretariat of Competition, Deregulation and Consumer Protection), notified in document G/TBT/N/ARG/111.
