In response to public requests, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a 14-day extension to the comment period for the proposed rule "Updates to New Chemicals Regulations Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)." Originally scheduled to end on 25th July 2023, the new deadline for submitting comments is now 8th August 2023.
