PAYMENTS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL - 15 DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE

Upon acceptance of an offer by the client and once all necessary invoicing information are provided to- and verified by- My Chemical Monitoring BV, an invoice in issued. Fortyfive (45) day before the end of the subscription period, My Chemical Monitoring BV will inform (via email) the client that the subscription is coming to an end and will provide an offer for renewing it. The client will have the possibility, free of charge, to modify the subscription plan or to stop its renewal. In case of no response within fifteen (15) days before the end of the subscription period, the renewal offer is considered accepted and an invoice for the new subscription period will be issued.

GDPR compliance - At Chemycal we take the security of your data and our infrastructure very seriously since day zero. We are committed to providing an environment that is safe, secure, and available to all of our customers. Nevertheless, we have conducted an extensive analysis of our operations to ensure we comply with the new requirements of the GDPR. With the help of external advisors, we have reviewed our products and services, privacy notices and arrangements with third parties for compliance with the GDPR. We can confirm we will be fully compliant with the GDPR by May 25, 2018.
