With an Interministerial Decree signed by the Minister of Labor and the Minister of Health, the new Annex XXXVIII of Legislative Decree 81/08 was approved , relating to the occupational exposure limit values for chemical agents. It is also recalled that the occupational exposure limit values of the substances nitrogen monoxide (CAS 10102-43-9), nitrogen dioxide (CAS 10102-44-0) and carbon monoxide (CAS 630-08-0) for the activities underground mines and tunnels apply from 22 August 2023.
