Thinx, a company known for its period underwear, has settled a lawsuit alleging that its products contain potentially harmful PFAS chemicals. The settlement includes paying $4 million to class action members and taking measures to ensure that PFAS are not added to their products in the future. The company has also agreed to be transparent about the use of anti-microbial treatments, including nanosilver, in their products.
