Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS)
As of 1 July 2020, the National Industrial Chemicals Notification and Assessment Scheme (NICNAS) has been replaced by the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) in accordance with the stipulations of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019. Said change has been reflected in this overview as well as in the corresponding documents entitled Notification of New Industrial Chemicals as well as Registration with AICIS.
