Canada | Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Concerning Drugs and Medical Devices (Shortages): SOR/2021-199

Whereas, pursuant to subsection 30(1.3) of the Food and Drugs Act, the Minister of Health has taken into account existing information management systems, with a view to not recommending the making of regulations that would impose unnecessary administrative burdens;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Concerning Drugs and Medical Devices (Shortages) pursuant to

(*) (a) section 30 of the Food and Drugs Act; and

(*) (b) subsection 134(1)of the Patent Act.
