The EU is monitoring all the measures implemented by other countries in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, with a view to analyse whether they are timely-removed

(1) Decree No. 301/2020 of 19 March 2020 set forth that exports of certain products that are deemed critical to mitigate the COVID-19 pandemic shall obtain a permit issued by the Ministry of Productive Development, with the intervention of the Ministry of Health, prior to their exportation;

(2) Decree No. 317/2020 of 28 March 2020 listed the goods that need such permit;

(3) Decree No. 405/2020 of 23 April 2020 expanded that list of goods. 

Background information: The Decrees are part of a series of measures in response to the CV-19 crisis. These specific measures are intended to avoid shortages in goods that are considered to be possibly needed for providing medical and sanitary support for the own population during the COVID-19 crisis.
