In order to implement the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics" and the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics Production and Operation", NMPA has drafted the "Regulations on Enterprises Implementing the Supervision and Management of Cosmetics Quality and Safety Subject Responsibility", which is now open to the public for comments.
