In order for trade marks, trade names or patents, amongst others, of a company to be protected, a Registration of a Trade Mark is to be obtained. 

Licence to Deal in Radio Devices

The document entitled Licence to Deal in Radio Devices has been amended in respect of the mode of submission. Moreover, the application form displayed in the mentioned document has been exchanged for a more recent version.

Classification of Medical Devices

The classification of medical devices, i.e. the commodity codes of the Harmonized System (HS) for which the measures depicted in the corresponding section below apply, has been adjusted in accordance with the most recent official list of medical devices prepared jointly by the World Customs Organization (WCO) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
