Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) - Scope: This call for evidence is intended to gather information related to potential additional derogations from the scope of the proposed restriction on C9-C14 PFCAs, and the update of some derogations included in the RAC and SEAC opinion on the C9-C14 PFCAs restriction and their alignment to the PFOAs derogations to be included in Annex I of the POP Regulation.
