Recently, there have been several 60-Day Notices filed for electronics cases, such as cell phone, phone charging, ear bud and gaming controller cases.  The claimed violation is that the products named in the Notices contain the chemical Bisphenol A (BPA), but are not labeled with the required warning.  

Bisphenol A (BPA) is a chemical known to the State of California to cause female reproductive toxicity.
