(*) Modifying the list of hazardous substances by requiring that chlorpyrifos, chlorpyrifos-methyl, paraquat, paraquat dichloride, paraquat [bis (methyl sulfate)] or paraquat methosulfate are type 4 hazardous substances under the Hazardous Substances Act B.E. 2535, provided in the Annex of the Ministry of Public Health No. 387 B.E. B.E. 2560 in order 83-87 in order to comply with the Notification of the Ministry of Industry regarding List of Hazardous Substances No. .... B.E. ... effective from 1 June 2020
