Registration of Importers of Tobacco Products

For the importation of tobacco and tobacco products into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the importer needs to register with the Saudi Food and Drug Agency (SFDA). 

Marketing Authorisation for Health Related Products

For the importation of health related products a marketing authorisation must be obtained. The following documents have been blue-pencilled, regarding its application forms and the processing fee.

Marketing Authorisation for Herbal or Health Products
Marketing Authorisation for Medicinal Products
Marketing Authorisation for Medicinal Products for Veterinary Use.
