The EU is monitoring all the measures implemented by other countries in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, with a view to analyse whether they are timely-removed

The Statutory Instrument 90 of 2020 regulates the exportation of Pharmaceutical Medicines and Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) in order to maintaint the availability of goods to fight the spread of the coronavirus (COVID19) disease.

This Statutory Instrument notice will regulate the exportation of Pharmaceutical Medicines and Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) listed in the First Schedule (contained below). According to the same Law, the measure "is in line with measures to regulate exportation (exports) of Pharmaceutical Medicines and PPEs in light with the prevention for the spread of Coronavirus (COVID -19)".
