On June 24, 2020, the Office of Administrative Law approved the amendment of Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25805, which adopted three Proposition 65 Maximum Allowable Dose Levels (MADLs) for the chemical chlorpyrifosThe regulation will be effective on October 1, 2020.  The oral and inhalation MADLs established by this amendment are both 0.58 micrograms per day, and the dermal MADL is 7.2 micrograms per day for chlorpyrifos.
