On January 30, 2019 the Kenya Bureau of Standards has launched a public consultation on four draft industry standards for textiles and apparel which are as follows: Men’s and Boys’ Trousers, Sweaters, Baby shawls, Pillows for Domestic use. These Kenyan standards aim to determine and meet the minimum requirements designated for each item. All public comments will be accepted until March 11, 2019.
