Re-evaluation of thaumatin (E 957) (EFSA-Q-2011-00725)

Data submitted on the particle size of thaumatin (E 957) by interested business operators were discussed and the assessment of the data was prepared. The assessment of the data will be further considered for the re-evaluation of this food additive at the EFSA Working Group on the re-evaluation of sweeteners.
