Webinar on the revision of the E-PRTR Regulation | Thursday 18 March 2021 at 13:00 - 14:30

The Danish Environmental Protection Agency will hold an online dialogue meeting on the revision of the E-PRTR regulation, Thursday 18 March 2021 at 13:00 - 14:30.

The European Commission has come up with a proposal to revise the E-PRTR regulation. At a webinar, the Danish Environmental Protection Agency will talk about the commission's proposals and the Danish Environmental Protection Agency would also like to receive ideas and views for a review.

E-PRTR is an abbreviation for the EU Pollutant Release and Transfer Register. A number of companies with significant emissions to air, water and soil, as well as the generation of significant amounts of waste must report data on the company and its emissions and waste. The rules on PRTRs should make it easier for the public to participate in environmental decision-making processes and better access to environmental information on emissions and transmissions of pollutants from a number of larger companies.
