One way to combat the use of illegal pesticides is to ensure that the funds do not cross the Danish border at all. Therefore, the Environmental Protection Agency's Chemical Inspectorate was on March 4 and the night between March 5 and March 6 on border checks in search of illegal pesticides.
The inspection was carried out in collaboration with Customs and Tax at the border crossings at Padborg and Rødby ferry, and no illegal pesticides were found. A result that pleases the acting office manager of the Danish Environmental Protection Agency's Chemical Inspectorate, Kim Holm Boesen.
