U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) today announced the successful implementation of their per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) provision requiring the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to identify and publicly share the sources of PFAS emissions.
