Whereas, pursuant to subsection 87(5) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the Minister of the Environment has added the substances referred to in the annexed Order to the Domestic Substances List;
Therefore, the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 87(5) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, makes the annexed Order 2020-87-12-02 Amending the Non-domestic Substances List.
