NGOs PEER and CEH have called on the EPA to remove PFAS from plastic containers produced by Inhance Technologies due to serious health risks. They submitted comments urging the EPA to deny approval for Inhance's practices and use its authority under the TSCA to eliminate the risks. Previous lawsuits were dismissed, and the NGOs argue that the government isn't stopping unlawful PFAS production. They insist that the EPA has a legal obligation to intervene.
