Public release of draft priority existing chemical (PEC) report for Decabromodiphenyl Ether



The focus of our draft report is on our assessment of risks to: i) workers handling decaBDE or its products, ii) the general public coming in contact directly or indirectly with articles containing decaBDE and iii) to the environment.

5.30pm on 1 April 2019 (there is a 28 day statutory deadline for submission of variation requests). No extensions to this can be requested or provided by NICNAS in accordance with the ICNA Act (refer section 60E(2) of the ICNA Act).
