India advises against electronic nicotine delivery systems



The onus is now on Indian state governments to decide whether or not to take action. Sophie Cousins reports.

India's federal health ministry has called for stopping the sale or import of Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), including electronic cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco devices, in a move that has been widely welcomed by the public health community.
