South Korea Revises Food Code



Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) announced revision of Food Ingredient List, the classification of food ingredients, sanitary indicators, etc. in an official notice published on Oct. 12, 2018. Major changes are: classification of food ingredients (article 1.4.1) and sanitary requirements (article 2.3.4 / 2.3.5 / 4.12.12~4.12.25)
