Stockholm Convention | 22 April 2021 | Third meeting of the PCB small intersessional working group

Highlights: At its first meeting, the PCB small intersessional working group (SIWG) adopted its workplan to undertake the activities mandated in decision SC-9/3. The workplan is set out in the annex to the report of the first meeting. In line with the terms of reference agreed at its second meeting, the PCB SIWG will consider the draft.

Following the workplan, the Secretariat prepared the following draft terms of references:

(*) Draft terms of reference for the preparation of the guidance on a standardized approach to developing inventories of PCB and to analysis for the identification and quantification of PCB (title to be decided);

(*) Draft terms of reference for the preparation of the proposal for a revision to the format for national reporting concerning information on PCB.
