The substances mentioned below are listed in annex 1.17 of the chemical risk reduction ordinance (ORRChem). After the expiry of the transitional period (2.8.2024) it is fundamentally prohibited to use them and to place them on the market for use in Switzerland. Until the 2.2.2023, an application for exemption can be submitted to the Notification Authority for Chemicals.
