Korea's Polymer compounds subject to Notification

Name of Law: "Polymer Compounds subject to Notification" Major Contents: The Ministry of Environment designates and announces the new chemical substances (e.g. cationic polymer compound) that are polymer compounds not consisting of new substances exempted from hazard review in accordance with Article 10(1)3 of the previous Toxic Chemicals Control Act (not amended by the Act No.11862) under Article 10(4)2(b) of the Act on Registration, Evaluation, etc. of Chemical Substances. These designated and announced new substances should be notified to the Minister of Environment.
