The "List of Key Controlled New Pollutants (2023 Edition)" was reviewed and approved by the fifth ministerial meeting of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment in 2022 on November 29, 2022, and approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce, The General Administration of Customs and the State Administration for Market Regulation agree, and it is hereby promulgated and will come into force on March 1, 2023.
