(*) A first draft of the assessment report for most of the exemptions in the Pack 22 study (assessing exemptions 6(a), 6(a)-I, 6(b), 6(b)-I, 6(b)-II, 6(c), 7(a), 7(c)-I and 7 (c)-II of Annex III) is in final approval stages. The assessment of exemption 7a is in last drafting stages and must still be integrated into the main report. We expect a final version including all exemptions to be published in the beginning of October after its approval with the EC.

(*) For the Pack 24 study (assessing exemptions 5b, 18(b), 18(b)-I, 24, 29, 32 and 34 of Annex III and exemption 34 of Annex IV), a first draft report is scheduled to be submitted to the European Commission at the end of September. Following possible comments and their integration it shall be finalised in October. Once the report is approved, it shall be published too.
