Brexit and Chemical Law | Lexxion Online Seminar on 8th October 2020

As Brexit is coming to a close, Lexxion is organising an Online Seminar on 8 October 2020 for a concise event going through all the practical steps chemical companies can still take to prepare for the immediate impacts of Brexit and beyond. They will provide guidance on all the important aspects of chemical regulation (REACH and biocides) affected by Brexit and practical solutions on how to mitigate the negative effects. We will also address the practical customs implications for the products covered by these regulations. Speakers are drawn from British Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, the industry (BASF), the German Chemical Industry Association (VCI), Only Representative Organisation (ORO), and legal practice.
