As we enter the final week of the Trump administration, the Environmental Protection Agency is making a number of 11th-hour rollbacks on environmental protections. On Wednesday, the agency watered down a major health assessment for one of the most toxic “forever chemicals.” And today, it’s expected that EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler will drop proposals to ban certain hazardous uses for three extremely toxic, even lethal chemicals.
