The implementing act will set the template which Member States will use to inform the Commission and other Member States about:
(*) cases of contamination with products or substances not authorised for use in organic production in the previous year
(*) the results of the official investigations carried out to identify the cause and source of the contamination
(*) the measures taken by the competent authorities following the investigation.
