Expert meeting on Best Available Techniques and Best Environmental Practices under the Stockholm Convention

The expert meeting on Best Available Techniques (BAT) and Best Environmental Practices (BEP) under the Stockholm Convention was organized by the Secretariat of the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions in collaboration with the Basel Convention Regional Centre for Training and Technology Transfer for Central Europe in Slovakia, and held from 17 to 19 September 2019 in Bratislava, Slovakia.The aim of the meeting was to initiate the 2019-2020 intersessional work in accordance with the workplan for review and update of the guidelines and guidance on BAT and BEP adopted at COP-9 (decision SC-9/7).
