The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established new reporting and recordkeeping requirements for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Those who have manufactured these chemicals since January 1, 2011, are now obligated to provide data to the EPA on PFAS usage, production volumes, byproducts, disposal, exposures, and environmental or health effects.
