China | Public Consultatino on the Draft National Implementation Plan for the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (Supplement 2023)

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment has invited the public to provide feedback on the "Draft Stockholm Convention Implementation Plan (2023 Supplement)." This plan addresses important amendments related to Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs). The amendments were approved by the National People's Congress, and the Ministry aims to align national policies accordingly.

Interested parties, including government agencies, organizations, businesses, and individuals, are encouraged to submit their opinions and suggestions in writing. The deadline for submissions is September 18, 2023.
