According to the report of European Commission Rapid Alert System for dangerous non-food products, several cosmetics and toys have been banned from the European market because found to be not compliant with the REACH Regulation due to high concentrations of DEHP and hydroquinone, substances that may harm the health of children or cause skin irritation and dermatitis.
The brands involved include: Konad, Dina Bellè, BL, GAZELO toys.
