Description
This Ordinance establishes the procedures and technical requirements for the evaluation of Personal Protective Equipment and issuing, renewing or changing the Certificate of Approval – CA. It revokes the following Ordinances: I - DSST Ordinance No. 125, of 12 November 2009; II - DSST Ordinance No. 127, of 2 December 2009; III - SIT Ordinance No. 392, of 18 July 2013; IV - Ordinance No. 440, of 23 July 2014; V - SIT Ordinance No. 451, of 20 November 2014; VI - SIT Ordinance No. 452, of 20 November 2014; VII - SIT Ordinance No. 453, of 20 November 2014; VIII - SIT Ordinance No. 461, of 22 December 2014; IX - DSST/SIT Ordinance No. 470, of 10 February 2015; X - SIT Ordinance No. 535, of 11 May 2016; XI - SIT Ordinance No. 555, of 26 July 2016; XII - SIT Ordinance No. 575, of 24 November 2016; XIII - SIT Ordinance No. 584, of 4 January 2017; XIV - SIT Ordinance No. 585, of 4 January 2017; XV - SIT Ordinance No. 752, of 29 August 2018; XVI - SIT Ordinance No. 758, of 5 September 2018; XVII - SIT Ordinance No. 759, of 5 September 2018; XVIII - SIT Ordinance No. 760, of 5 September 2018; XIX - SEPRT Ordinance No. 9,471, 7 of April 2020.
