Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/196 amends Regulation (EC) No 273/2004 and Regulation (EC) No 111/2005 by updating the list of scheduled substances in regulations 273/2004 and 111/2005 regarding drug precursors. The regulation was published on 31st January 2023 in the Official Journal of the European Union (L 27/1).
