The European Commission sent to the members of the REACH Committee a draft Regulation intended to amend Annex XVII of REACH in relation to substances in tattoo inks or permanent make-up. The annex explains which substances are not allowed and which are subject to concentration limits.
The committee has given favourable opinion and draft is now sent to the European Parliament and Council for final approval.
